Like "Brad Corrupts" on Facebook: http://on.fb.me/bradcorrupts Using a Python script, Brad takes your favorite classic games and scrambles the bytes. These are the results. It's been a long long while, hasn't it? Yes, you've heard it all before, where I go on and on about how little time I have, but it's true. I work a lot, I have a wife, etc, but it's all true. I have been making some attempts though lately to put away some more time to my projects so hopefully it won't take almost an entire year for me to pump out more videos we'll see. With that said, I've made a few technical tweaks for these videos. For one, I realized in my research that I can use FLAC with the MKV container format, reducing file size significantly. I'm also keeping a close eye on the AV1 codec, hoping that it can one day beat out the ZMBV codec that I've been using for years. I've also redone the intro and fin title cards as the version of Vegas that I use (illegitimately) now is able to handle the native resolution that I use for my NES videos (2788 * 1568) so I managed to upscale and clean them up. You likely won't notice it, but hey, it helps with compression, etc... Finally, yes this is Tetris, it needs no introduction. Corruptions were hard to produce good results, as there really isn't much going on from a code perspective in this game, so creating unique corruptions was a challenge, but here it is, I hope you enjoy Next up, is going to be a remaster of Kirby;'s Adventure. Why, you may ask? Simple, thank NOA for taking down my video, so now I need to figure out a way to bypass the content ID, which honestly shouldn't be too difficult. In addition, I have a secondary project that I may potentially get into which would involve streaming, we'll see. See you next vid (or sooner?) Want to make you own corruptions?
