A powerful and inspiring moment unfolded at the 72nd All India Cooperative Week as Silpa Mahila Sahakar Chairperson Smt. Nagini Ravi Singa Reddy extended life-changing support to nearly 300 women, providing them with loans to shape their future with dignity and confidence. In this heartfelt gathering, cooperative leaders and dignitaries explained the true strength of women’s financial independence—the importance of savings, the value of cooperative societies, and the remarkable role of Silpa Mahila Sahakar in empowering rural women. Chairperson Nagini Ravi Singa Reddy shared the mission, vision, and impactful work being carried out for women’s development, promising stronger initiatives to help them reach the next level. Women entrepreneurs also set up stalls, showcasing their skills, crafts, and home-based livelihoods. Their stories touched every heart, receiving encouragement, guidance, and assurances of support. For the past 15 years, Silpa Mahila Sahakar has been a beacon of hope, uplifting more than 10,000 women, and distributing ₹26 crores in support to transform lives. With the presence of the Chairperson, Manager, Board Members, senior cooperative leaders, and 300 enthusiastic women, the programme became a true symbol of women empowerment through cooperation—a reminder that when women rise, the entire society rises with them.
