Easy & tasty cauliflower curry recipe made at home 🌸 This simple homemade veg curry is perfect for rice and chapati 😋 Step-by-step cooking method with easy ingredients. No talking, only subtitles. METHOD 🧑🍳 1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. 2. Take a pan, add water, salt, and turmeric powder. 3. Add the cauliflower and boil until it becomes soft. 4. Drain the water and keep the boiled cauliflower aside. 5. Heat oil in another pan. 6. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 7. Add chopped onions and a little sugar. 8. Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. 9. Mix well and cook on low flame. 10. Add chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté on low flame. 11. Take half or one tomato and grind it into a paste. 12. Add the tomato paste to the pan. 13. Add a little water and mix well. 14. Add Kashmiri chili powder and coriander powder. 15. Mix well and cook on low flame. 16. Add the boiled cauliflower and mix gently. 17. For extra color, add 2 spoons of Kashmiri chili powder. 18. Add a little coconut oil and cook for 5 minutes. 19. Add coriander leaves and curry leaves. 20. Mix well and turn off the flame.
