Thank you for watching. Thank you for your heartwarming comments [Like!]. It's already the halfway point of March. Although it has been cold and hot, it is gradually getting warmer. This time, I enjoyed breakfast with coffee and a plate of arabai, Paratiisi, with bread, ham and eggs, and sauteed vegetables for the first time in a while. For dinner, I stewed daikon radish that I harvested from my garden in January and froze with pork and enjoyed some sake. Finally, I will show you the scenery of my holiday when I drove to Tochigi despite the snow forecast. Even though I had a good breakfast, I gave in to the temptation of Sano ramen again (lol) Utsunomiya is famous as a city of gyoza, but I went shopping at a local supermarket to find a rare yakisoba and udon made with "removed bones" that are inevitably generated when making gyoza skins. Since it is made with gyoza skins, it contains rice flour, the main ingredient, but the appearance is the same. The chewy texture of the yakisoba is similar to the steamed fried noodles of Utsunomiya's other specialty, "Utsunomiya yakisoba." And best of all, it's a bargain at 157 yen (excluding tax) for a pack of five!!! We hope you'll enjoy it with a cup of coffee or a drink♪
