Mango Shape Cake Mold: https://amzn.to/3HGQEIw Ingredients: • 3 large ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped) • ½ cup maple syrup (or honey, sugar, or any sweetener you like) • 1 and half cup heavy cream (cold) • White chocolate (about 1 cup, for coating) • Yellow food coloring (oil-based for chocolate) • Red food spray (for mango blush effect) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Prepare the Mango Mixture • Blend mango pieces with maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 2. Whip the Cream • In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. 3. Combine • Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until fully combined. 4. Mold & Freeze • Pour the mixture into mango-shaped silicone molds. • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid. 5. Make the Chocolate Coating • Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave (short bursts, stirring in between). • Mix in yellow oil-based food coloring until the chocolate turns bright mango yellow. 6. Coat the Ice Cream • Unmold the frozen mango ice creams. • Dip or brush them with the yellow-colored chocolate. 7. Add the Mango Look • Lightly spray the top of each coated ice cream with red food spray to mimic a real mango’s blush. 8. Serve • Keep in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
