It’s food, laughs, and real life in the kitchen. 🛒 Ingredients Used in Episode 7: For the pork chops: • 6 pork chops, bone-in • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp onion powder • 2 tsps smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) • 2 tbsps vegetable cooking oil For the gravy: • Pan drippings from searing pork chops • 2 tbsps butter, unsalted • 2 large yellow onions, sliced • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour • 2 tsps salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 2 cups chicken broth For the Potatoes 12 redskin potatoes 1 stick butter 1 16 oz heavy cream 1/2 cup gouda 1/3 cup cream cheese Seasonings to taste - not too much THYME!
