Dennis Rader, known as the BTK killer, wrote a letter to FOX News comparing himself to Rex Heuermann, the man charged in connection with several of the Gilgo Beach killings. Heuermann, a 59-year-old Long Island architect, was arrested earlier this month in connection with the murders of three women - Melissa Barthelemy, Megan Waterman and Amber Costello.
