Delicious soft bagels that are perfect for the breakfast! Very tasty but also simple to make! You can also make them vegan (dairy free) by using plant base milk instead. Ingredients: For dough: 10gr dry yeast (2tsp) 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 300ml warm milk (or plant base milk for dairy free) (1 1/4cup) 120ml olive oil (1/2cup) 200ml warm water (1 cup) 450gr Gluten free flour ( all purpose or rice flour) (3 5/8cup) more flour for dusting For coating: 2tbsp fruit molasses 2tbsp water sesame In a bowl add dry yeast, sugar, salt, water, milk and olive oil. Mix and then slowly add flour till you can knead the dough. Knead the dough, cover and leave in warm place for 1h. Separate dough in 16 little balls. Roll out each ball in long rolls. Youll need 2 balls for 1 bagel. Twist to rolled out ball and connect at the end in shape of circle. You are going to have 8 bagels. In a small bowl mix molasses and water and brush bagels with this mixture. Coat them with sesame. While you are brushing bagels preheat your oven on 50°C (100°F). Turn off your oven when done and leave your bagels to rise inside the warm oven for 20min. Bake them for 20min on 200°C (400°F). Enjoy! Lets be friends Instagram / bake_gluten. .
