Pretrial Supervision

Pretrial Supervision is the department responsible for monitoring people while their case is pending. This is different than probation or community supervision because probation comes in after a conviction, not before. While a person is fighting a case they may have to report to pretrial. If you are having trouble while on pretrial (using drugs, not reporting, etc.) a report will be giving to the judge and you could get thrown in jail until your case is resolved (dismissed, take a plea or go to trial).
