We use the word laborer because it’s the word Jesus used in Matthew 9:35-38. “The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.” Jesus is simply saying those who need him are many, but those who will tell others about him are few. Here at Forge we like to say, the kingdom laborers may be few, but they are increasing. We believe that every individual Christian is God’s plan a for reaching the world.
