Hi guys — welcome to your 35-minute mat session. For this time, it’s just you, your breath, and your body. Props are encouraged, but always optional — move intuitively and listen to what your body needs. We’ll begin in a quadruped position, focusing on length and strength through the arms, legs, and core. From there, we’ll rise into a standing series designed to challenge balance and elevate endurance.
