These Charlotte Housing Market numbers come from a variety of sources including our local (Canopy) Multiple Listing Service, Keeping Current Matters (KCM), the National Association of Realtors as well as first hand experience in the Charlotte market. If you have already decided to purchase a home in the Charlotte area the first two things to do are to find a great realtor (eXp Realty has some of the best) and get financially preapproved by a lender.
