Jaigaon is also the gateway to the kingdom of Bhutan and Bhutan Gate separates the two countries. Bhutan does not have domestic roads linking to all its towns, so Bhutan uses Indian roads passing through Jaigaon to reach such destinations as Samtse, Gomtu , Nganglam and Samdrup Jongkhar. Jaigaon receives an abundant amount of rainfall throughout the year. The outskirts of the city are demarcated by tea gardens. The Torsa River flows at the lower end of the town. Torsa River rises from the Chumbi Valley in Tibet , China, where it is known as Machu. It to into Bhutan , where it is known as the Amo Chu. It has total length of 358 kilometres , out of which 113 kilometres is in China and 145 kilometres in Bhutan before flowing into Jaigaon. It flows past the important border towns of Phuntsholing and Jaigaon and past the great tea estate of Dalsingpara and the Jaldapara National Park . The beautiful landscape here is ideal for family picnics, and the wildlife sanctuary has tigers, rhinoceros and deer of many varieties. a tributary known as Buri Toorsa meets Jaldhaka. Toorsa river is not less than a Boon to the people living in the Jaigaon. People earn thier daily bread just by catching fishes or by breaking down the stones which are used for the construction of buildings. Apart form fishing and breaking down of the stones people travel across the river to collect woods to cook their foods or for some other purpose. But the saddest part is, in return to what the river provides to the people of Jaigaon, all the garbages are dumped into the river that pollutes the water and harms the ecosystem of the place. This happens because there is no proper arrangements for the disposal of waste in Jaigaon and as a result the quality of water is deteriorating day by day. Shops in Super Market of Jaigaon are of traditional nature. Green grocers are confined to a portion of the market. A trader dealing in clothes arranges his shop where there are cloth traders. A trader squats upon a piece of cloth, which he spreads on the ground and displays his wares in front of him. Almost every shop is similar in nature. There is crowd in front of each shop. Shops dealing in jewelleries and cosmetics are particularly crowded. The shopkeeper is busy selling in his wares. Various items are already packed and therefore the merchants usually do not need scales to measure or weigh them. In market people buy daily groceries including the kitchen wares. The shopkeepers keep the freshly baked bread, cakes, rolls, biscuits and pastries in the glass cases. Normally the shopkeepers have a roaring business during the month of October November and December. 1 AM - Riyaz Aly & Rits Badiani | Preetinder | Anshul Garg | Rajat Nagpal Vicky Sandhu Satti Dhillon #RiyazAlyhometown #Jaigaon #Indobhutan #Riyaz #tiktokstar
