I’m slowly starting to understand what I got myself into. In this video I start going through the cockpit of my 42-foot sailboat, pulling out everything the previous owner left behind and trying to make sense of it all. Lines, gear, tools, random parts… there’s a lot more here than I expected. This is Part 1 of the inventory and clean-up process as I begin organizing the boat and figuring out what everything actually does. I bought this sailboat with zero sailing experience, so every step is a learning process. The goal is to get the boat cleaned up, organized, and eventually ready to sail. One step at a time.
