It is a sister song to For Phoebe's Still A Baby and it centers around Elizabeth singing to the inner youth within that suffered from abuse and is in need of deep understanding and care. Elizabeth let's her inner young self know that she can act out in rage and it won't phase the adult Liz at all and she can destroy the things that have kept her in pain. And it's all okay to be angry and let it all out. It doesn't scare adult Liz. The most wonderful part of the song comes at the ending choruses, where her inner self sings out, 'I love you, for taking me on.' Liz has faith that her anguished youthful self can and will figure it all out. It's a true tearjerker of a song and one of the most beautiful songs of self redemption and healing ever written. To those fans who assume Liz is just singing random, meaningless words, they really need to pay more attention because Liz has some amazing things to sing to us.
