Rich's acquired this location (previously a full serve) and converted it to a flex serve model, renovating it extensively. It is one of the only RIch's locations that does any sort of extensive prep or any interior cleaning. While the property has a S-curve layout, additional vacuums have been added for full-service customers. This makes it easy for the customers to know where to go for either self-serve vacuum use or to receive the interior cleaning services included with a full service wash. The 130' wash tunnel uses entirely Sonny's equipment. Sunbelt Car Wash Services added a dual counterweight top brush, a new set of freestanding SF72 wraps, new blowers, and a TOP2k14 Buff N Dry machine (top and sides) during the remodel. Some of the arches as well as OMNI wheel blasters and a SFM901 mitter/exit wrap combo remain from the previous owners. Despite the use of the "Rich's Car Wash" name, the menu is almost identical to the one used at the Wash Dat sites. This site uses chemicals from Diamond Shine, QualChem, Zep, and Simoniz. Unlike all the other Rich's locations, the controls and POS are from DRB, including 2 XpressPay terminals.
