Miss Philippines made it to the top 5 in the pageant. Miss Angola won the top honor as Miss Universe. Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup answers Chris Trondsen's question about the Oprah Winfrey rumor and the question that people say she was at a disadvantage for not using a translator.
