There are 12 Lorb Locations in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. You only need 3 for the Might've Broken Something trophy. They are also needed to complete the side quest Hunt for Lombax Lore on Planet 4: Savali, but completing that quest is not needed for any trophies (only finding 3 Lorbs and accepting the quest is needed). They are not on any other planets, all are on the same planet. They are lombax shrines that reveal a sphere when you interact with them. Hit the sphere to collect the Lorb. To pop the trophy it's not enough to find 3 Lorbs, you must also talk to the quest giver in the middle of Savali, near a Ms. Zurkon weapon vendor (that side quest is marked automatically on the map). None of these are missable. You can return to all planets after the story in free roam (resume completed story save to be put back before the final checkpoint). You can see how many you found in the Collectible Menu.
