After lunch today the judge heard motions filed by Lori, including her calling Nate Eaton as a witness. On Friday a witness was held in contempt after failing to show after being subpoenaed. Victoria Goodwin was arraigned on Tuesday. She has been charged with conspiracy after a contrand phone was located in Grant Amato's cell. Victoria reached out to Amato after viewing a docuseries featuring his case. The pair then allegedly began communicating about murdering Victoria Goodwin's husband Aaron Goodwin, star of the TV Series Ghost Adventures. Grant Amato is serving a life sentence in Florida after murdering his mother, father and brother in 2019.
