CigarandPipes.com June 2019 Cigar of The Month Club Unboxing. We got a couple decent cigars this month. This particular club sends cigars that you can find everyday in every store. However, they claim that they are giving us a better value. They claim that they are sending us cigars for less than what we'd pay if we bought them in a store or online. Enclosed with the box is a list of the cigars along with each of their respective retail price. Judging by the list, it looks like we save a couple bucks. Every club has their niche. Some clubs claim to send only rare, aged, and even impossible-to-find cigars. Others send only top-notch cigars that are either super expensive, hard-to-find, or even both. There's a club for every type of cigar smoker. There are so many clubs nowadays that cater to each individual cigar smoker and connoisseur, it's such a great time to be a cigar smoker. I prefer high-end cigars, personally. I don't smoke while fishing or while driving, I don't smoke unless I'm sitting down with a drink at a table with at least an hour or two to kill. I need to enjoy every draw and every minute. I can't do that if I'm smoking while fishing. Therefore, my reasoning for preferring expensive cigars is because rarely will I smoke a cigar in a hurry or if I can't give all my attention to that cigar. So you don't think I'm some kind of pretentious cigar snob that only appreciates the finer things in life, I do very often smoke inexpensive cigars. While, I appreciate luxury, I also appreciate "good" things. With that said, there are plenty of cigars out there that are great cigars and don't have a phone number where the price should be. For example, there are many cigar blenders that blend fantastic cigars at affordable prices. Just to name a few: Steve Saka, Skip Martin, Nick Melillo, Pete Johnson, John Huber, Willy Herrera; all fine gentlemen who roll cigars for us that don't break the bank. The contents of this month's box are as follows: 1. Arturo Fuente Rosado Sun Grown Magnum R56 MSRP $9.75 2. My Father La Gran Oferta Toro MSRP $8.40 3. Ashton Prime Minister (aka Churchill) MSRP $11.00 4. Todos Las Dias Half Churchill MSRP $10.45 5. Smokin Joe's 34th Anniversary Robusto MSRP $6.50 6. Arturo Fuente Curly Head Deluxe Maduro MSRP $3.35 What's in your humidor? #CigarClub #CigarUnboxing #Cigars #Cigar #cigarandpipes #CigarOfTheMonth #CigarOfTheMonthClub #CigarClubs
