These are so versatile and might be one of my new favourite things to make! After my last upload I promised another video showing different ways to decorate them, I hope this helps. They make wonderful additions to cupcakes, wedding favours and are perfect in treat boxes. I used a red velvet cake that I then ground up in the food processor and added buttercream to. Don’t be tempted to add too much buttercream, especially if, like mine, you cake recipe is quite a moist one. I always use candy melts for my products like this as they come in such a beautiful range of colours and set very quickly.
