En esta aventura me fui a la costa sin llevar nada de comida, confiando en que el mar me daría lo necesario para alimentarme. El plan era pescar un pez carnada, usarlo para tentar peces de roca y cocinarlos directo al fuego. Pero el viento y la marea cambiaron todo… Al final, solo logré sacar un bonito chileno y, contra todo pronóstico, terminé cocinándolo entero sobre las brasas, al borde del mar, acompañado únicamente por el sonido de las olas y el fuego. Una experiencia de supervivencia, pesca y conexión con la naturaleza que refleja lo real de vivir del mar. In this adventure I went to the coast without bringing any food, trusting that the ocean would provide what I needed to eat. The plan was to catch a bait fish, use it to target rockfish, and cook them directly over the fire. But the wind and the tide changed everything… In the end, I only managed to catch a Chilean bonito and, against all odds, I ended up cooking it whole over the embers, right by the sea, accompanied only by the sound of the waves and the fire.
