This week’s video is packed with special moments that truly touched our hearts! It all started when Carlin had a pregnancy craving for her mom’s homemade chili—something she loved from her childhood. So, her sweet mama came over to make it with our kids in our kitchen. Watching them cook together felt like such a full circle moment for Carlin—simple, nostalgic, and oh so special. Then, I surprised Zade with a little father-son golf outing to a par-three course a few days before his birthday. He was crushing it with his driver and even sank a few putts! It was one of those bonding moments I’ll never forget, and I truly hope we share a love for golf forever. Layla had her own big moment too—she went shopping to pick out a special birthday gift for her brother using her own money! The way she carefully chose something just for him melted our hearts. The night before Zade’s birthday, Carlin and I stayed up decorating the house with 100 balloons and all the Mickey Mouse decor he could dream of. His face the next morning said it all—pure magic. And to top it off, we took him to Dollywood for his big birthday adventure! Face painting, snacks, rides, and ending the day with ice cream made it the perfect 3rd birthday.
