It's finally time, you have entered the Celestial Realm, the final stage However, there is something very wrong with it, it has been corrupted Even though it is corrupted, it is still as beautiful as ever The title here is a reference to Flawless Clothing of the Celestials from Touhou 10.5, but the instruments are actually more inspired by Tenshi's theme; Wonderful Heaven It's not that this song is "about" Tenshi though, but there are certain instruments i just associate with the concept of the Celestial Realm because of Tenshi and Iku I mean, think about it, we have not had many Touhou songs that represent the "concept" (or "faction" even) of the Celestial Realm, the only ones are Tenshi and Iku's themes (Flawless Clothing of the Celestials isn't even by ZUN haha (right?)) So, in a way, when i think of the Celestial Realm, i think about the instruments and feelings from Tenshi and Iku's themes, so that means stuff like vibraphones and melancholic but serene instruments that can still sound agressive I also included a church organ, i know that isn't really used in Touhou songs, but i felt like it could be cool to include a more "western" instrument like that, i feel like there's a very "heavenly" association with church organs and aah choirs (at least to someone born in Europe like me lmao) that i feel like could really fit with the feeling of the Celestial Realm, especially because of the story involving the instability of the Hakurei Barrier and the dragon godess being influenced by all people from the Outside World, in a way, the sadness of death associated with the church organ fits very well with the finality of Gensokyo potentially ending because of this incident Everything that begins has to end, so that's what this song is about I was also a little inspired by Seihou Story: Tenshi enters the Celestial Realm (and somehow, Reimu and Marisa have managed to come as well) Overwhelmed by beauty, it quickly fades, as the corruption from the dragon godess is overtaking everything The gang must hurry if they want to save the Celestial Realm and Gensokyo The midboss in this stage is Iku, she has unfortunately been corrupted by the dragon godesss After defeating her, a bright light shines upon the gang, and the dragon godess descends to meet them The final battle is about to happen #東方風自作曲 #東方 #Touhou
