Tropical Storm Bret heads to the Caribbean...

Tropical Storm Bret is moving to the Caribbean, and it could become a hurricane. Bret is on track to bring at least tropical storm conditions to St. Lucia, Barbados, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Tropical Storm and Hurricane preparations should be made in these locations, just to be safe. Rain squalls could bring isolated flooding anywhere from Trinidad and Tobago up through Puerto Rico. Wind shear should weaken Bret right when it moves into the Caribbean. That would make any impacts much less. Intensity is very tough to forecast. The National Hurricane Center had this as a hurricane in the Caribbean yesterday, but backed off on that today -- which is in line with what I showed you in the prior videos.
