My First Short Film (Mini Documentary) // Divundu, Namibia // Ekklesia Outreach

The Divundu Outreach was birthed on the train tracks of Narraville on the Outskirts of Walvis Bay. What started out as a dream, or merely an idea quickly morphed into a full-fledged, 12 person missions’ outreach. Our goal was to reconnect with 3 Pastors in that area and give them a course in disciple making, and teaching them how to do a DBS or Discovery Bible Study. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions people are not able to have big gatherings anymore or even Bible study groups, which means that the word of God stays with those who have access to Bibles. So, we packed up our cars and we left. With this trip we were able to put the word of God in the hands of 140 people, while equipping Pastors, Johnny, Paulus and Romanus to go teach and equip those who received Bibles on how to read and understand the Bible in a very simple and effective way. We were able to bless people with much needed essentials such as food parcels, toiletries and Bibles. We thank God for His Love for the people of Kavango, because it was His Love that compelled us to move, but we also thank every person who donated Bibles. Without all of you, this trip would not have been such a huge success. Please continue to pray for the growing church of Divundu.
