The first version of the MV served as my final project for the fall semester. At the time, we THOUGHT the song was done. It had been written at the start of quarantine and finished for ages, but by the time it came to talk about a release plan, the song in it's current state didn't feel like an accurate representation of where we are musical. So we revamped it! The video was a similar story. I had to cut some corners to finish it in time for the end-of-semester deadline and ended up not being satisfied with it, so I took a break for the winter break and revisited it afterward with fresh eyes. A lot of the original scenes were developed further or just entirely replaced. If it were up to me I could've kept working on this for WAY longer, but right now I gotta move on to preparing the NEXT release! I hope you enjoy it! I've always wanted to do my take on an anime intro for a song, so this was deeply satisfying to the huge anime fan in me. This probably won't be the last honestly. I think this is the best thing I've put out by far, but it's just the beginning. 2021 is gonna be a BIG year.
