Bargarh Road–Nuapada Road New Line: Connecting Bargarh and Nuapada districts, which will enhance market access for rice-producing zones. Puri–Konark Rail Line: A new 32 km line linking the two major tourist hubs of Puri and Konark (Puri District). Projects in Mayurbhanj: New lines like Bangriposi–Gorumahisani, Badampahar–Kendujhargarh, and Buramara–Chakulia are being developed to improve connectivity in Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar and link them to Jharkhand.
