The rain has finally stopped and I can paint again! This afternoon I watched my friend Kelly from Feral Art (‪@feralart22‬ ) use this gorgeous Metallic Venetian Blue color from Modern Masters, and I fell in love with it all over again! Thanks for the inspiration Kelly! I have used the Venetian Blue to paint my background color on the canvas, getting ready for the Modern Minimal Transparent Base Pour! Lets get started! I'm using a 24x30 inch gallery wrapped canvas from Artists Loft. Colors Amsterdam Pearl Blue Pearl Yellow Perm Blue Violet DecoArt Americana Decor Metallics 24K Gold Background Color: Modern Masters Venetian Blue Pouring Medium: Golden Heavy Gel Gloss Floetrol, Water There is NO Silicone in Any of My Paint. I really love the first corner that I anchored, where there was that gorgeous drag of the Blue Violet paint! I love how that dries and looks layered and almost 3 Dimensional. I love the Venetian Blue background and how it shimmers in the light. I love how the Pearl Blue flashes like electricity on the dark canvas!
