Superfood Energiser To avoid a mid-morning slump, sprinkle 2 Tbsp of this delicious superfood mix on top of your porridge or yoghurt for breakfast. The cacao gives a great chocolate hit which is nicely balanced by the goji berry sweetness, and sports nutrition expert Nigel Mitchell explains that grinding the linseeds and chia seeds finely in your Thermomix® makes it possible to absorb all their freshly released goodness. Serves 10. 50 g goji berries 50 g chia seeds 50 g pistachios 50 g raw cacao nibs 50 g linseeds (flax seeds) 1. Using the built-in weighing scales, place all ingredients in the Thermomix® mixing bowl and grind until fine 20 sec/speed 10. Serve 2 Tbsp on top of Greek yoghurt or porridge for breakfast, or store in a glass jar and eat with a spoon any time you need an energy snack! Tips Use organic ingredients when available. Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 2 weeks. For slightly more texture, grind goji berries, chia seeds, cacao nibs and linseeds 20 sec/speed 10, then add pistachios and chop 5-10 sec/speed 6.
