These extensions are built to utilize special code that allows your Scratch program to create music using special blocks of code that allow you to pick from many instruments as well create your own musical melody. You also gain access to special code that allows you to interact with a physical Makey Makey. In this tutorial, you'll be utilizing your customized instrument from the last video and extending it with the Makey Makey. You'll physically create your piano instrument using cardboard and aluminum foil to help bring your piano to life. When connected with the Makey Makey and Scratch, you'll be able to control your Scratch piano using your own physical keyboard that you created!
