Embrace us with your love, heal the memories of hurt and failure, bind up the wounds of past mistakes and by your forgiveness make us whole. Amen. The Lord be with you. And also, with you. Lift up your hearts. We lift them up to the Lord. Let us give thanks to the Lord our God. It is right to give Him thanks and praise. Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Lamb of God you take away the sins of the world have mercy on us, Lamb of God you take away the sins of the world have mercy on us, Lamb of God you take away the sins of the world grant us peace. An act of Spiritual Communion: My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. Post Spiritual Communion Prayer: Almighty God, we thank you for feeding us with the most Spiritual food of the Body and Blood of your Son Jesus Christ. Through him we offer you our souls and bodies to be a living sacrifice. Strengthen us in the power of your Spirit to live and work to your praise and glory. Amen.
