It will help us out a bunch as a channel. :) It's time for us to delve into the lore of Final Fantasy X, and after first looking at Tidus, we're now moving onto one of the supporting cast with Auron's origins. Auron's role in Final Fantasy 10 is rather different from the other protagonists, as he's essentially a second generation hero, having previously travelled with Braska and Jecht on their pilgrimage to defeat Sin. After his confrontation with Yunalesca went sour, Auron chose to stay true to his vows to both Braska and Jecht, looking after their children (Yuna and Tidus) until the time was right for them to finally defeat Sin and end Spira's suffering. Auron often chose to stay in the background throughout much of this, but every now and then he would offer rousing speeches such as his classic "now is the time" speech against Yunalesca.
