We're back in Stockton California and this time we're checking out a food tuck called "Tacos Catrina." I heard about Tacos Catrina from a friend of mine who had brought me some food back from this truck for me to try. After taking my first bite I knew I had to one day visit this spot. Located off of I-5 and Hammer lane, this year old food business serves the community a simple variety of Mexican street food, hot trending quesabirria tacos served Catrina style and a hot cheeto burrito which will have your taste buds watering to try. Tacos Catrina team expertly prepared our food as we were able to film the inside scoop of the making of the meals. Big thanks to Tacos Catrina owner Adrian for the invite.
