Berney Arms railway station is a request stop located in Norfolk between Great Yarmouth and Reedham. The station has 3 trains a day Mondays to Saturdays with extra trains in Sundays and in the summer, all services are Greater Anglia services between Norwich and Great Yarmouth via Reedham and are formed of class 755 FLIRTs. Berney Arms is one of the most remote stations in the UK and possible the most remote in England as there is no road access the nearest one being a few miles away, the only access to the station is across a field, because of this it is not easy to access if the weather is wet. The facilities are very limited at Berney Arms there being only basic seating and a help point which did not work properly when I visited, the platform is wooded with a gravel surface. There used to be a small shelter in the platform however this was removed a few years ago. Because of the short platform length only 1 door on the train will open here. Part of the reason for the low usage making this station the least used in Britain is that this line was closed for a few months for signalling work during this period. #BerneyArms #LeastUsedStation #RemoteStation
