BBC World News Montages - World News America, BBC World News and GMT

This video shows montages of three BBC World News programs that are syndicated on public television here in the US. The programs in order are BBC World News America, BBC World News (their 0400 GMT bulletin that also goes out in the UK) and a half hour of GMT. I included various elements of presentation including the full opens and closes (although I did fast forward the commercial for Aruba Tourism after the first play). I included the "break filler" stories that appear when commercials play out on BBC World News. The respective break fillers consist of the parents who bicycled to the Olympics, this week in history, and celebrations of the Chinese New Year. Additionally I included other program elements as well - such as the news in brief, different camera shots, and two boxes graphics. The videos close with an ad for the BBC App, the underwriters / sponsor identification, an Aruba Tourism advertisement (that's fast forwarded through) and the KCET vanity card. BBC World News syndicates multiple programs to public television stations through out the United States through KCET. KCET is an independent public television station (not a PBS member) in Los Angeles that distributes these programs. They additionally syndicate a half hour summary version of Newsnight on the weekends. I am fortunate enough to receive three public television stations - Maryland Public Television; WHUT in Washington, DC (a station owned by Howard University); and WETA also in Washington, DC. However these videos only come from Maryland Public Television and WHUT. BBC World News America and BBC World News were recorded on February 15, 2018 (but it was February 16th in London). GMT was recorded on February 16, 2018. All three were recorded as they aired live across the globe. The BBC and KCET own the copyrights to the these clips.
