ಆಳೆನ್ ಘಾಲ್ನ್ ರುಚಿಕ್ ದುಕ್ರಾಮಾಸ್ ನಿಸ್ತೆಂ | dukramass recipe mangalorean special Pork bafat with ground masala Masala ingredients Heat 1/2 tbsp oil 15 dry red chilies 1/2 tbsp black pepper 3 tbsp coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp methi seeds Small piece of cinnamon 5 cloves 1/4 tbsp fennel (saunf) Roast above ingredients and powder them once cooled. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and roast 1 full garlic and 2 onions. Roast until raw aroma goes. Add this roasted garlic onion, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder and lime sized tamarind pulp or vinegar along with powdered ingredients and grind fine masala paste. Add this masala to the 1 kg pork meat, add salt and bay leaves and cook meat. When this starts boiling add chopped green chilies and 1 inch chopped ginger and cook the meat till done. This is semi gravy pork curry. Spice level can be adjusted accordingly.
