MILLENNIUM is an archetype of cards themed around the Millennium Items and characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! anime. This new archetype is introduced in Master Duel at Selection Pack THE FORBIDDEN LIBERATED. Millennium revolves around using MILLENNIUM ANKH to summon THE UNSTOPPABLE EXODIA INCARNATE. Most of the Millennium monsters share the effects to place itself in Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Spell, and while that card is a Continuous Spell, player can either pay 2000 LP or reveal 1 Millennium Ankh in player hand, and then Special Summon that card with its effect monster. Millennium Ankh is very important for the Millennium deck. Activate it to summon main boss The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate, but it will shuffling non-Millennium monster cards to Deck and locking you from summoning for the rest of the turn. In other words, summoning main boss Millennium will restrict you to extends your board and it just give you 2 disruptions only. In this video you'll see that Millennium Ankh restriction can be handled well with cards like G.B. Hunter. That card is important because it prevents your non-Millennium monsters to be shuffled. In order to perform G.B. Hunter in this deck, FIENDSMITH engine is used and it is very important to use that engine.
