Kyle Rittenhouse, the teen who shot and killed two people at a Black Lives Matter protest, has become a hero of the right. He was greeted with a standing ovation and pyrotechnic yesterday at the conservative Turning Point USA conference as young Republicans chanted his name. Rittenhouse was part of panel titled “Kenosha on Camera,” which addressed his recent acquittal for the 2020 shootings. He told the crowd the trial “helped me grow a lot,” and has “helped me mature.” Daryle Lamont Jenkins, founder and executive director of One People’s Project, joins Charles Blow on “Prime” to discuss.
