West Somerset Railway, Minehead Station 6 & 11th September 2020

In October 2019 We booked a holiday in Somerset with the aim to ride on the heritage railway,roll forward to September 2020 and the after effects of the virus and lock downs was still being felt. At the time of our holiday the WSR had decided not to run any trains, consequently We lost our opportunity to step back in time. We visited Minehead on the Sunday when the station and cafe were open and again the following Friday when the station was closed to visitors. This is the first of four videos taken of the station buildings we visited whilst on holiday. A combination of slides and video, the stations look sad without the usual travellers one might expect.
