NGRAVE Sneak Peeks - Episode 2: Backing Up Your Key With The NGRAVE GRAPHENE

In this video, NGRAVE COO Edouard Vanham explains how you can make a backup of the key generated by your NGRAVE ZERO hardware wallet. To do this, the NGRAVE team invented a breakthrough solution called the NGRAVE GRAPHENE. The NGRAVE GRAPHENE removes the need for paper wallets, which are already unusable in case you spill a few drops of water on your paper backup. The GRAPHENE however, is a backup made of two stainless steel plates that can withstand house fires and other extreme circumstances. There already are metal backups in the industry, but the issue with them is that they are a "single point of failure". If someone finds such a backup, they can still read of the key. NGRAVE removes this risk entirely with the GRAPHENE, where the two plates need to be together to see the key. So, the team effectively made a cryptographic puzzle, and thereby the first encrypted metal key backup in the industry. Moreover, the GRAPHENE is also recoverable in case of loss.
