In this episode of Movement Fix, I share 5 things I would have told myself when I had severe lower back pain. These 5 lessons are not for everyone, although I think you can find things that are helpful for you. The body is like a multiple choice question that has many, many possible answers, but they're limited. There are only so many reasons why a human body can have problems, and with physical problems there can be a lot of overlap of things that can help. The 5 things are: 1. It may take much longer than you think 2. Now is NOT the time to worry about making gains 3. Work on your lower back range of motion in pain free ranges only 4. There is no magic bullet 5.
