The Clockmaker - A Short Documentary

It was a privilege for me to step inside Paul's incredible world, and witness his passion and mastery of clocks first-hand. From the start, sound design was an integral part of the process. We recorded stereo audio of Paul's workshop which became the "room-tone" for this project. All the chimes and ticking you hear were recorded on location. The music was created specifically for the project from granularized and resampled recordings we took (also used a few Vital pads in there!) I know in the past this channel has been focused more on sound design, but lately I have been drawn towards documentary filmmaking. I hope this project gets a positive reception on this channel, as I would love to share more of my work here.
