So the one right next door here so quickly, because the location, this location is not only spectacular, the highway is just right over there and then you're just, what, 6,7 miles up to Danville. Just less than a mile to a convenience store and subway and all that stuff. But look at the houses here. Every house, underground utilities. Every house is spotless, spotless, clean as wax. There's not a blade of grass out of place. And this house is no different. We're going to go inside. But I want to show you around here, just absolutely beautiful.
