Omoplata to Loop Choke | Show the ART | BJJ

Filmed by STA. Technique performed by ADAM BENAYOUN (Marcelo Garcia Academy, NYC). This is a great setup to the loop choke when your omoplata fails. Release the legs, sit up, and show their head into the pocket for the choke. If your loop choke is too weak and you can't finish it, you still have a triangle choke waiting in line.
