Today we recall how Mary greeted Juan Diego as a mother who already knew his struggles, his grief, and the weight he carried. She comforted him with the words that echo through centuries: “Am I not here, I who am your mother?” Her presence on Tepeyac revealed God’s compassion for the wounded, the isolated, and the anxious. On this second day of the novena, we ask for trust in her maternal love and for consolation in our own hidden suffering. 🌹 Day 2 Prayer O Mary, conceived without sin, I come to your throne of grace to share the fervent devotion of your faithful Mexican children who call to you under the glorious Aztec title of Guadalupe. Obtain for me a lively faith to do your Son’s holy will always: May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
