Just after we caught another train across town from the Sharp subdivision, UP 5717 west calls the Forman asking for permission to enter his limits. Unknowing of their precise location, we proceed over the Sharp sub on the W 400 S overpass, only to find the train passing beneath us. Not wanting to miss this one, we quickly hop on I-15 and proceed south to get in front of the train. Doing just that, we arrive in the outskirts of Santaquin, Utah with a few minutes to spare! Soon enough, the signal turns on, showing a clear aspect for an approaching train.
