Healthy leaders lead healthy churches. In this session, Mark Neal speaks directly to pastors and ministry leaders about soul care, health, and intimacy with Jesus in the middle of real ministry pressure. Speaking to a room full of leaders from very different regions and contexts, Mark shows that while our churches may look different, our struggles are often the same. Many of us are exhausted, running on empty, and quietly hoping we will somehow avoid becoming another ministry statistic. From John 15, Mark unpacks three key characters in the vineyard metaphor and applies them to the life of a ministry leader: • The Vine – Jesus as the true source of life and power, not our gifting, our donors, or our tools. • The Vinedresser – God the Father as the One who controls the traffic in and out of our vineyard, including people we wish would leave and people we wish would stay. • The Branches – Us. Our primary calling is not to produce but to abide, letting God produce fruit through us. Along the way, Mark talks honestly about: • Scarcity mentality at the top of organizations • Leaders who put themselves last until they are in crisis • Trauma, father wounds, and ministry done from unhealed places • Performance driven ministry and identity tied to a role or title • Why God did not call you to ministry, but to intimacy This teaching will challenge you to: • Take your own health and wholeness seriously • Stop trying to control everything inside and outside your vineyard • Let God deal with your wounds, not just grow your platforms • Reorder your life around abiding and obeying, not producing and performing If you are tired, reactive, or secretly wondering how long you can keep going, this session is for you. You are more than your role. You are a child of God, invited to a life of intimacy with Him. from Clarity Leadership Collective #soulcare #ministryleaders #pastors #clarityleadershipcollective #john15 #vineandbranches #pastoralhealth #burnout #christianleadership #markneal #churchleaders #healthychurches KEYWORDS Clarity Leadership Collective, Mark Neal soul care, John 15 teaching, vine and branches sermon, healthy leaders healthy churches, pastoral burnout, ministry soul care, scarcity mentality in ministry, pastoral health and wholeness, intimacy with God, not called to ministry but to intimacy, trauma and ministry, father wound healing, abiding in Christ for leaders, church leadership conference talk, ministry leaders event, Christian leadership training, pastoral self care, ministry boundaries, leader emotional health
