This tutorial shows how to wire the Wings-A-Loft door opening system in your DeLorean DMC-12 with the dual-relay harness from DeLorean Parts Northwest. This is the third in a 3-part video tutorial series for installing the Wings-A-Loft remote door opening system in the DMC-12. The Wings-A-Loft system is available from DeLorean Parts Northwest and is an inexpensive and relatively easy upgrade that will set your DeLorean apart from the rest. The result of this installation is the wiring of the electronically controlled actuators that are connected to the each door's internal release linkage arms. This enables you to remotely open the doors when the actuators are wired to the keyless entry processor unit supplied by DeLorean Parts Northwest. The installation requires knowledge of the car's electrical system and will require an understanding of the car's internal wiring schematic. You must also need to know how to use a digital multimeter to test for electrical continuity. If this is not you, then DO NOT PROCEED. Seek the help from a qualified technician familiar with the electrical system of the DeLorean. Before you watch this video, it is recommended that you watch the first and second videos in this tutorial series on upgrading the solenoids to the Wings-A-Loft actuators and installing the door opening actuators. Tutorial Video #1 can be viewed at • DeLorean Wings-A-Loft Tutorial 1: Upgrade ... Tutorial #2 can be viewed at • DeLorean Wings-A-Loft Tutorial 2: Installi... This tutorial assumes you have installed the door lock actuators and freed up the ground wire that used to connect to the factory door lock solenoids....it also assumes you have installed the door opening actuators per the instructions in video tutorial #2. It is recommended to use this video in conjunction with the written instructions provided with the Wings-A-Loft kit from DeLorean Parts Northwest. #delorean #backtothefuture #dmc12 #stainlesssteel #cars #autos #customdelorean #dmc #deloreanmotorcompany #deloreantech #deloreango #deloreanindustries #deloreanownersassociation #deloreaneurope #deloreanworld #deloreanmotorcars #prv #lotus #giugiaro #GiorgettoGiugiaro #sportscars #irishcar #exoticcar #deloreanpartsnorthwest #belfast #martymcfly #fluxcapacitor #docbrown #bttf #timemachine #timetravel Disclaimer: Due to factors beyond the control of DeLoreanTECH, we cannot guarantee against improper use or unauthorized modifications of this information.
