Bob is ambushed in the conference room by a new bigger, badder Omnidroid. Ladies and gentlemen this might be too much for Mr. Incredible. ___________________________________________ Outside of the size difference and one additional attack it’s the same boss as the Omnidroid in Volcanic Eruption, except you can't use your high jump to hit its head as easily and the outer ring is water instead of lava, don't think you can somehow cheese the fight by going in the water because if you don't get out or you try to go out of bounds the explosive mines in the water will explode and knock you back into the arena. Sometimes I find that grabbing an object can be a little bit finicky depending on the position you try to grab it from so be mindful of your position when grabbing throwables. Pro Tip: When the Omnidroid 9000 jumps to the far out platforms, it will shoot a spinning claw at you, and it will shoot an additional one after the first phase until it starts shooting three in the third phase. If done correctly, you can actually ground-pound the spinning claws with your special attack to deal damage when they're close to the ground just as they're about to pass underneath you. Beating this boss unlocks the Battle Mode, which I’ll show later in an Extra video. ___________________________________________ I can go either/or on which version of the two Omnidroid bosses I prefer seeing as they're both near exactly the same boss, but I do like the fact you can damage the second Omnidroid by attacking its spinning claws at the right time. Curiously, despite Syndrome appearing in the movie clips, he doesn’t actually show up in-game except when he was Incrediboy, and he’s the main villain of the movie. With this boss done, you're already halfway through the game, it's actually pretty short when you know what to do.
